Why we started North Georgia Tech Help
I started North Georgia Tech Help because I saw how many people get frustrated, overwhelmed, or even taken advantage of when it comes to technology. A lot of people just want someone local and trustworthy who can help them with everyday tech problems without making it confusing or stressful. My main goal is to make technology easier for people and give them peace of mind, whether that means fixing an issue, setting something up correctly, or helping them feel more confident using their devices.
